Regular Monthly Meeting of Llano Master Gardeners
Thursday, February 16; 5:30 p.m.
Llano County Extension Office
Each member was given their name tags as they arrived. The name tags had the member’s name and the name of the organization. Agendas were also passed out.
Julia Woodall gave a PowerPoint presentation on EarthKind Roses. However, during her presentation, Mr. Shaw arrived to take a picture of the members for the newspaper. After the short interruption to the take the picture, she continued with the informative presentation. She told the assembled how they could access the website and give presentations if asked.
The minutes were then read and a treasurer’s report was given.
The bulk of the meeting centered on the Lawn and Garden Show to be held March 11. Doris Ellis showed signs she had made to help the customers identify the plants the LMG would be selling. The group discussed the selection of herbs that would be for sale by the organization. There was some discussion as to who ordered the herbs and when they would arrive.
The meeting adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
